1. Who we are

Simtix ("we", "us") is a software developer and system integrator for intelligent-security solutions, headquartered at 3280 Queen Rania Street, Amman, Jordan, with a branch in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. For privacy matters, contact contact@simtix.com.

2. What we collect

This website collects personal data only when you submit it through our forms: your name, work email, phone number (optional), organization, country, sector, and the content of your message. We also process standard technical logs (IP address, request time, user agent) generated by our web server for security and reliability.

3. Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your inquiry, consultation request, or job application, and to protect the operation of this website. We do not sell personal data, we do not share it with third parties for marketing, and we do not run third-party advertising or tracking on this site.

4. Where it is stored

Form submissions and logs are stored on infrastructure controlled by Simtix. If self-hosted analytics are enabled, they run on the same infrastructure and no analytics data is transferred to external providers.

5. How long we keep it

Inquiry data is retained only as long as needed to handle your request, and no longer than 12 months after it is resolved, after which it is deleted. Job application materials are retained for up to 12 months from receipt - so we can consider you for roles that open later - unless you ask us to delete them sooner or consent to a longer period. Technical server logs are retained for up to 90 days for security purposes. In all cases, personal data is not retained after the purpose of its processing has been fulfilled, unless a specific legal obligation requires it.

6. Your rights

Under Jordan’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 24 of 2023 (in force since 17 March 2024) you have the right to: be informed about how your data is processed; access the personal data we hold about you; have it rectified, updated, or erased; object to or restrict its processing; withdraw previously granted consent at any time; request its transfer to another controller; and be notified of any breach that may compromise it. Where Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law applies to our processing, you have equivalent rights of access, correction, and destruction under that law.

To exercise any of these rights, write to contact@simtix.com; we respond within a reasonable period and without charge. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority in your jurisdiction.

7. Cookies

This website does not set marketing or third-party cookies, and does not use third-party analytics. Any cookies used are strictly necessary for the site to function. If we enable self-hosted analytics in the future, it will run on our own infrastructure and this policy will be updated before it takes effect.

8. Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page with an updated effective date.
