FAQ

Questions buyers actually ask.

If yours isn’t here, contact us - a specialist replies within one business day.

Do your systems work with the cameras, barriers, and readers we already own?

Yes - that is a design principle. Simtix products expose open interfaces and integrate with third-party hardware and legacy systems, so deployments build on your existing infrastructure rather than replacing it.

Can the system run on-premise, or offline?

Both. Deployments run on your infrastructure, and the Simtix Edge Computing Platform keeps working - recognizing plates, driving displays, controlling I/O - even when the network is unavailable, which is essential at gates, car parks, and remote sites.

What exactly does Secure-Brain read from a vehicle image?

The plate number, the plate’s city and country, and the vehicle’s make, model, and color - from a single captured image. In benchmark testing it reached 96% accuracy against a leading regional LPR engine’s under-92%, after fine-tuning on just 1,000 images.

What can you track inside a facility?

People, assets, files, inventory, and jewelry - anything that can carry an RFID tag. Simtix Facility Guardian enforces access rules, shows live locations on floor maps, and keeps a full record of who or what was where, and when.

Who installs and supports the system?

We do - Simtix is the vendor and the integrator. The team that writes the software surveys the site, installs, tunes, and answers the phone afterward. No hand-offs between companies.

Do you build custom solutions?

Yes. When a requirement doesn’t fit a product, we run a four-phase cycle - introduction, feedback, design and planning, then custom development - producing RFP-ready technical blueprints with clear KPIs along the way. This includes AI and cryptography consultation.

Where do you operate?

Headquarters in Amman, Jordan; a branch in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (opened 2026); and 200+ deployments across the Middle East and Gulf, including roughly 100 in the UAE. A Qatar expansion is underway.

How do we get started?

Book a consultation. A specialist reviews your brief, we talk through your site and constraints, and you get an honest assessment with a scoped next step - typically starting with a site survey and threat model.
