Careers

Build AI that protects real places.

Our systems guard borders, ministries, and critical industry. The code you write here doesn't sit in a demo - it runs at gates and inside facilities across the Middle East and Europe.

Why Simtix

Small team. Full stack. Real deployments.

Own the whole stack

We build the AI engine, the software, the edge platform, and the hardware. Engineers here work across vision models, RFID systems, and field integration - not one narrow slice.

Learn from world-level expertise

Continuous know-how transfer from U.S. research - our Chief Technologist's NSF-sponsored work in AI and cryptography flows directly into what the team builds.

Ship to serious customers

Aramco gates, ministry facilities, border crossings. Demanding buyers, high standards, and work you can point to.

Grow with the expansion

HQ in Amman, a new branch in Riyadh, and a Qatar expansion underway - with R&D and manufacturing on the roadmap.

How we hire

Four steps, no theater.

  1. Apply

Send your CV and a few lines about what you've built.

  2. Talk

A conversation with the team about your experience and our work.

  3. Show

A practical, relevant exercise - no puzzles for their own sake.

  4. Join

An offer, a clear onboarding, and real responsibility early.

Open roles

We are hiring in Amman.

Two engineering roles are open right now - and we are always interested in exceptional people in computer vision, embedded systems, and backend as the Riyadh and Qatar teams grow.
