Security Business Consultant [Job Code: SBC]
Full Time Contract
• Performs security needs assessments for prospective clients including assessing assets, threats, and risks, and identifying appropriate
counter measures.
• Reviews existing technologies and counter measures and identifies ways the Simtix’s solutions can further the client’s security objectives. • • Presents technical demonstrations of the Simtix technologies and suggests potential solutions to key customer issues. Responds to
customer inquiries and writes
• Requests for Proposal (RFP) Understands and presents technical information to commercial and government clients. Pre- and post-sale,
works with sales personnel to forecast technical requirements and possible resources for accounts.
• Provides guidance on technical features and futures for sales planning.
• Works closely with the Professional Services team to specify resource requirements: personnel, time, money.
• Evaluates alternative actions to satisfy existing and future needs of the company.
• Stays current on appropriate and related industry concepts (especially security related concepts.
• Determines ability of Simtix applications to address prospect’s business issues and work with AE in determining degree of Simtix “fit” for
each deal.

Project Manager [Job Code: PM]
Job Location:
Incumbent
is primarily responsible for managing the whole project cycle
including the initiation, planning, executing, controlling and
the closing of each project. This includes setting project
plans in cooperation with all parties involved, managing
stakeholders’ expectations, ensuring that all efforts are
directed towards the accomplishment of project goals and
objectives, monitoring progress against pre-set plans and
quality standards and evaluating project outputs against project
goals and objectives.

Full-Time Contract
• Deliver compelling designs that follow user interface and UCD principles plus meet business goals, and achieve ease of use goals.
• Create mock-ups of applications that mimic real application behavior and that permit easy modifications
• Based on functional requirements, author User Interface Specifications documents that define the complete, look/feel and behavior of an
application, for consumption by the software development team.
• +5 years of browser-based applications design experience.
• Professional credentials in designing applications to support complex business processes.
• Solid understanding of web design principles, typography, color and page layout.
• Experience with HTML, Dreamweaver, Visio, Photoshop and CSS required.
• Experience with Flash, Illustrator, Javascript, and DHTML is required.
• Experience designing for PDA devices a plus

Execute test cases
• Analyze server workload performance and scalability. Study
